I was about to create a windows phone wallpaper lockscreen template for the masses to use, however, I found one that I will simply link to.

This will allow anyone to see and display their images and see how they will look as a lockscreen wallpaper thanks to zed Martinez

The size is correctly set at 800 by 480 pixels and has a 262dpi. The darkness opacity between the ui elements and the wallpaper is 15%, ust so you technical people out there can know.
