Born in Brazil Adhemas is a self taught digital artist. His illustrations are magical, with flowing curves and warming yet exciting colours. He has worked on many projects like a Coca Cola campaign Zunr and Windows 7, Absolute Vodka, kiss FM and many more. On his website he states he was “inspired by the vibrancy and colour of his homeland”; this is immediately evident when you look at Adhemas’s work, the colours jump out at you, they coexist without clashing, they work together to compliment and warm the mood, theres is a flowing dreamlike feeling to his illustrations.
I discovered Adhemas after I was intrigued into who designed one of the many desktop wallpapers that come with Windows 7. The desktop background in question is my favourite wallpaper from Windows 7. It was even featured in my post about ffffound recently.
